We are here at Boss Babe for coffee, a productive vent session, and spilling all the tea.

You’re so close to figuring out that you’re not going to be your mother. You’re not crazy, wrong, or bad. There’s a reason you think this way, and we can help you.

  • Leigh Zoller, LCSW Therapist and Founder of Boss Babe Counseling

I’m Leigh and I help broken women and adolescents regain their power.

I have a passion for helping women and adolescents who are feeling angry, lost, alone, and frantic become calm, confident, and capable. I can relate. I have been there. I want to help. I believe in therapy because I have been where you are and it has brought me healing and clarity. I want to help you experience growth, lasting change, and be able to trust yourself.

I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with over 8 years of experience in the mental health field. I have worked in psychiatric hospital settings, ERs, inpatient substance abuse treatment, medical social work, and counseling with individuals and families.

Asking for help is a courageous, wonderful, and vulnerable thing to do. Let’s get started.

  • Merrium Stidham, LMSW Therapist

"To heal is to touch with love that which we previously touched with fear." -Buddhist proverb

As a Licensed Master Social Worker (LMSW), I offer a holistic, mind–body approach to therapy, helping adults reconnect with themselves on every level—thoughts, emotions, and the wisdom stored within the body. My work focuses on trauma, panic, OCD, anxiety, relationship concerns, and the tender places where life feels overwhelming. With specialized training in substance use counseling, I also support clients navigating mild to moderate struggles with alcohol or other substances.

In my practice, resilience isn’t something we have to create—it already lives within us. Together, we gently uncover it. I weave Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Internal Family Systems (IFS), and mindfulness practices with somatic processing, creating space to notice how stress and trauma live in the body, and to release what no longer serves you. Currently training as a yoga and meditation teacher, I love integrating movement, breath, and stillness into therapy for those who are curious about deepening the mind–body connection.

Our sessions are collaborative, warm, and sometimes even a little creative or playful. I want you to feel safe, seen, and supported as we explore what healing can look like for you. Whether you are seeking to calm the storm of panic, mend the echoes of past trauma, strengthen relationships, or rediscover peace within yourself, I would be honored to walk alongside you. Healing, after all, is not about “fixing” what is broken—it’s about remembering the wholeness that’s been there all along.

  • Trish Varnell, LMSW

Maybe you feel lost, unsure of who you are, or stuck…in survival…on repeat. Perhaps you’re longing for deeper connection with others and yourself, better boundaries (or any boundaries) and a knowing that you deserve more peace and balance, more consistent joy and happiness, a greater sense of confidence and clarity about who you are and what you want. Maybe you want to develop a greater capacity to deal with what life brings.

I can relate — I’ve been there also. I have skills and experience in helping you connect (again or for the first time) with yourself and your full capacity, internal strength, passions, and the vision you have for your life.

I have decades of experience working with families, children, and adults in various capacities. In a therapeutic role, I particularly enjoy working with both young adults and those rooted firmly in “midlife” looking to connect/reconnect with themselves to unlock the healing, change and empowerment necessary to create the life and relationships they long for. I often utilize an Internal Family Systems approach along with a focus on mindfulness and self-compassion to support that.

  • Catherine Byler, LMSW (Telehealth Only)

I believe every person has the innate resilience, strength, and the capacity for meaningful change. Whether you’re navigating a life transition, feeling stuck in unhelpful habits, or managing stress, I provide a supportive, nonjudgmental space where you can be your authentic self. I’m here to listen, offer insights, share practical tools, and gently encourage positive growth.

I work with adolescents (15+) and adult men and women facing a variety of challenges, including addiction and recovery, obsessive-compulsive behaviors, managing work- and school-related stress, improving communication in relationships, and other coping strategies that no longer serve them. Together, we will engage in self-exploration, clarify your values, and work toward meaningful goals to support your psychological well-being and personal growth.

My holistic, trauma-informed approach addresses the physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual dimensions of wellbeing. I utilize evidence-based therapies, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Motivational Interviewing (MI), and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), to tailor treatment to your unique needs. By recognizing that our stories are not fixed, we’ll collaborate to develop a new narrative that honors your individual journey and supports your personal goals.

  • Aeshia Robinson, LMSW

You made it here — and that says a lot. Whether you’re feeling brave, broken, or somewhere in between — I see you, and I’m proud of you.

As a therapist, I believe healing isn’t about finding balance — it’s about finding your rhythm again. Life moves in seasons, and some are heavier than others. My heart is to help women reconnect with themselves during those complex, tender moments when everything feels uncertain, overwhelming, or out of sync.

I’m a Licensed Master Social Worker with over three years of experience walking alongside women through a wide range of life transitions. I’ve supported mothers navigating postpartum and NICU journeys, as well as college-aged women facing identity shifts, anxiety, and grief. Still, my passion is not tied to one stage or label. I work with all women, in all seasons and together we will create a safe place for you to land.

During our time, you don’t have to have it all figured out. You don’t have to shrink, perform, or pretend. This is a space where you can breathe, be honest, and begin to feel again — all at your own pace. I create an atmosphere of grace where your story is honored, your emotions are welcome, your goals are heard, and your healing is never rushed.

If you’re carrying more than you can name, you don’t have to carry it alone. I’d be honored to walk with you.

  • Anna Moses, LMSW

I am so happy you’re here! I am committed to helping you navigate the challenges that this life throws at you with humanity and sensitivity. I provide a safe and understanding environment to help you explore your thoughts and emotions, process events, and build resilience. It is very vulnerable to share your worst moments and most secret worries to someone — and I work hard to protect your story and be a safe, compassionate therapist who really and truly understands.

I thoroughly enjoy working with pre-teens, adolescents and adults navigating a wide range of challenges—including trauma, worries, being beyond stressed-out, self-doubt, the dark fog of depressive thoughts, crisis of identity and self-worth and the complex emotions that can come with life, work, school, relationships, and everything in-between.

My approach to therapy is warm, supportive, and direct. I believe in being honest and transparent with my clients, offering guidance that is clear and grounded in compassion. At the same time, I honor each person’s unique pace and process—therapy is not one-size-fits-all, and I’m here to meet you where you are without rushing your journey.

I draw from evidence-based practices such as Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and humanistic therapeutic practices that focus on a client-centered approach. Whether you’re working through past trauma, feeling stuck in anxious or depressive patterns, or simply trying to better understand yourself, I aim to help you feel empowered, heard, and supported.

Outside of the office, I enjoy spending time with friends, family, and my sweet fur baby – Bentley.

Therapy is a collaborative space, and I’m here to walk alongside you—with honesty, empathy, and respect—as you work toward healing and meaningful change. Let’s get started!
